So all the talk on the stiff ride and falling rate suspension got me thinking of a possible solution to a poor design...FOX FLOATS in the rear skid!
Not only would you lose weight back there but also the awesome ride and anti-bottom qualities of the air shocks might prove to be the hot ticket for ride quality in the rear skid.
I just so happen to have two FoxFloat X's with resevoirs that are comp and rebound adjustable. The length on these two are 17.5" eye to eye.
Does anyone here have there hawk available to measure there shocks?
Im not able to access mine this weekend so if you could take a peek at yours and give me an approximate idea of the length of the two back shocks that would be nice-especially if its the older expert x and not the newer three shock extremes.
Whatya think...could this work?
