The guys at Superclamp have excellent customer service. I emailed them asking about ordering a replacement part and they sent me what I needed free of charge. Good to have a company that stands behind their product.

Excellent products! I have my 16' Aluma open trailer decked out with SuperGlides and 2 sets of SuperClamps for both front and rear security. Seven years of use and no problems, just a little cleaning and lubing to keep everything moving freely. Good to hear if I have any problems in the future, they are a company that will stand behind their product.

Absolutely agree, when I ordered mine the guy was in Mexico on vacation but still answered his phone. I consider myself pretty attached to my business, but I wouldn't have been that devoted.
