i would like to know if anyone know how close a rev summit xrs seat would fit up on my 2000 summit 700

From what I understand it will fit the sled but won't truly look right, at least to me, because it doesn't form to the tank properly. Best thing I ever did was buy a boss seat last year. Soooo comfortable and easy as pie to transfer from sitting and standing. It's narrower at the top so it's more like a dirtbike seat, which is where my arse calls home for the summer so it was a nice upgrade. When I buy a new sled I will without a doubt purchase another boss seat.
I was going to do it when I had my ZX sled, but like was said, it just doesn't look right. I ended up finding a stock seat that had been raised about 2 inches with foam and sewed-in cover material. It looked nice and worked well.
Although in retrospect, it hurt mountain riding, as it was harder to move around on and it reduced the amount of lean I could get with both feet on the boards, as it kept my outer leg in check more than a stocker.
