Summit Rev front spring & suspension setup?

Did a bunch of searching and was able to find the Skidoo spring chart for the 2004 sleds (which I have attached here). According to the chart, the stock front springs for my Summit Highmark Extreme should be straight rate 95lb with a free length of 280mm.

Previous owner was quite a bit heavier than I am, by almost 100 lbs (I'm about 200lbs and he was about 300lbs.) The springs on the sled now don't appear to be straight rate as they have a bunch of coils packed tightly near the base, still need to measure the free length though to try to verify if they are stock or not. What other way can they be identified?

I plan on removing the sway bar and thinking I probably should replace the springs with a heavier set if these are indeed stock/standard springs. The optional Skidoo stiffer springs for this model are only 100lb. rate with a 10mm longer overall free length and identical wire diameter- is that enough of a difference?

Currently the threaded adjusters on the ski shocks are about 4.5" turned up from full softest setting.

Rear skid has a Fox Zero Pro in the center position and what I assume is the stock HPG in the rear position (silver shock with pink HPG decals, which I suspect may need to be rebuilt or replaced). Need to replace the limiter straps, so I think those will start in the middle with the quick adjuster set soft.

Any other inputs or thoughts on setting a baseline here?
