Summit 800 only hitting 7000RPM

2016 Summit 800, 850KM. Sled is "Misfiring" near 7000 RPM. I say misfiring, cause its studdering and popping around there preventing me from making any more power. Sounds terrible. Dealer, replaced both plugs, fuel filter, checked fuel pressure. Checked RAVE valves, checked reeds, checked compression, adjusted belt tension, ran clickers up and down to see it that helped. Nothing.

Any ideas boys?

Ok, but did they check stator, voltage reg, hook up to ECM and read for codes ?

Didnt check stator or voltage. They did hook it up to BUDs and no codes shown. I like where your heading with the stator and electrical though.
