Suggestions on Riser height

So I'm going to get a Riser set up through RSI. I have a 97 RMK and I'm 5'10". What do most of you guys run? I've seen anywhere from 2" up to 7". I was also going to get the 5" Aluminum rise bars from them also.

I have a 97 RMK and just bought a 5" double pivot. This will be the best for this kind of sled. It will allow your weight to move forward and this will take weight off the track for better powder riding. You will need a throttle extension as well. I wouldnt go over 5" if i were you because if you were to roll your sled it would snap your steering post, then you would have to be towed back to the truck ;0. I will finish my riser project sometime within the next week and post pictures for you

So If I get the Pro taper bars from RSI in the 5" size should I not go with a riser? I noticed RSI carries two styles of riser Pivot and another style for the Polaris, So the Pivot alows more forward stance?
