Suggestions for trailer wiring

Looking for suggestions/tips for re-wiring our gooseneck for next winter. It currently has a panel and lines run for a few flourescents and outlets, but is essentially needing to be completely redone. We have no idea how things were put in before us and don't want to risk getting killed or blowin stuff up.

Would really like to do it in 2 sections because we are moving the wall that seperates the shop area and living quarters. My main question is whether to choose a 50-amp or 30-amp panel and the best way to wire things up. We are installing additional LED clearance lights and 12v dome lights inside, but will just hook that into the existing 12v system. Any help would be awesome and even better if someone has wired their own trailer up with some of the stuff listed below. Also, if anyone has used the RV converter panels on a project and how that worked. Thx

Living quarters:approx. 15'
2 - 4' flourescent lights (2-bulb)
4 - outlets (for stuff like- microwave, phone chargers, laptop, etc...)

There is an existing A/C unit and LP furnace that we are going to take to a certified guy for service and installation, so can prob get info on what we will need for power there.

Shop Areaapprox 28'
6 - 4' flourescent lights (2-bulb)
8 - outlets (4 outlets each side)

'Tools' in shop area - 15A 25 gal compressor, normal dewalt drills, angle grinders, etc... shop vac, stereo system with built in amp.

My dad has aspirations for way more stuff for his business but I would like to at least get the essentials in for a 'normal' set-up for this winter. That is the main use of this trailer for right now and time is tickin for even that to get done. Again, any suggestions at all would be great. Thx

forgot to add that it will usually be running off a generator (I think it is 7500 watt max)
