Suggested Suspension Springs for Big & Strong Man?

If you have a Pro RMK, go with the Assault springs all the way around. If you already have the assault, valve the shocks stiffers and crank the preload up. I'm 225 lbs, ride hard, jump a lot, and the stock assault springs (save for the front shock spring which I should upgrade) are good enough for my weight.

The ski stance is different between the pro and assault. so I'm guessing the shock lengths are different up front.

Are you saying Assault springs on the stock pro front shocks is a good way to go?

what is good for the rear skid shocks? same?

I'm 225 with gear and jump some... concerned I'm going to ball this lightweight Pro up quickly after reading about the tunnels bending the footrails bending and the shocks bottoming out easily:face-icon-small-sho

Thanks for your input. I'm not too familiar with the pro yet any help is appreciated!

The shocks are longer on the assault, yes, but the springs are a direct swap. They do work well. If you go to the dealer you will see they offer the assault spring to customer with RMK's looking for a heavier spring.

The same also goes for the rear skid shocks, which are the same length on the RMK/assault.

The stock boards will need reenforcement one way or another for anyone riding hard, or over 200 pounds and riding hard. The options are better boards, skinz airframes (my favorite but a little more $$ and install time) or the other inserts available out there.
