Stuck lower gear sprocket

I am changing my gearing on the 800 axys and found the lower gear to be slightly rusted under the bolt washer. I have given it some slight taps and prys,but seems to be stuck on the drive shaft.

Any hints on getting it off damage free?

Heat the pulley up a little. (Steel won’t be damaged)

It will expand and come loose.

I’ve also tapped straight in on the pulley with a dead blow hammer. (Towards the driveshaft)
