Stuck in Wyoming last weekend?

Was I the only one on Snowest that was stuck in Wyoming with an empty tank of diesel, and no power last Saturday morning?

We pulled into the gas station at Saratoga, and I got out to fill up the truck with diesel. As soon as I reached for the green handle, the station went black. Apparently Wyoming lost power for a few hours, and we had to sleep in the truck with an empty fuel tank.

Just read about that power outage in the newspaper today, sounds like it hit 7000 people.

I always carry a 5 gal jerry can of diesel under my topper to deal with issues like this. Won't get you home but can move you down the road a ways in an emergency.

Hey now! Wyoming is cheaper than Minnesota in a lot of ways! haha...gas is like a buck cheaper out by you guys!....but those trips sure are expensive!
