Strawberry res.... Mirror lake

Looking for nice smooth groomed trails to take the girl friend, I know that there's a trail system in both these parts but is there a website that says when its been groomed or if there even open yet? Let me know thanks!

Mirror Lake HWY 150 was groomed today. Don't get off the road at lower elevation.

PM'd you about tomorrow. Rode AF canyon today, it was also groomed yesterday...smooth as silk today. Also, the website for the grooming schedule and current grooming conditions is snowut.com then look under the "trails" heading.

I'd also be careful about getting off trail at higher elevations as well. Especially mirror lake. Sure there is 4' of snow up there, but the boulders are all 3'-4' up there!

agree, trail is super smooth, but dont get off trail unless you get really really high

Daniels summit. always groomed wide nice trails, good food and hot tub for afterparty

This was a sled that we found on Sun at Lake Creek Summit.
After seeing this I stayed on the trail the rest of the day

Spent the whole afternoon off the trail. Rode right past the snotel site...3' on the stick there.

Yup and if you're looking for a good "date experience" you can't beat Daniels for the trails plus the gift shop & resturant. You can even get a room if the date goes really well !
