Stepping It Up In The Trees!

Seems like everytime we ride Boulder we continue to find new climbs that have not been pulled. The Boulderdome continues to live up to its name!

Shane made pull of the year so far up this crazy line through the trees up into a very off camber 4 foot gap in the rocks. The right side of the exit had a 10inch round stump that Shane catwalked his A-arm over and cleaned off with the side of his track! Very impresive pull!! The new pull is named Renders Rage! Its one I dont plan on climbing anytime soon....

Xrated I totaly hear you on the pulled back angles... close up pics do no justice... Trouble is its hard enouph to get the camera out in time to get the pics without even changing locations. Everyone I ride with has a habbit of just going without even saying anything or looping the base to check them out. I missed a couple great lines from Neil cause he just goes!

Great pics there Laird, ..as usual, ...(and it wasn't me taking them this time, as the "old high miler" had a mishap with a tree.....lol).

NM, ...."Johnny Skeptical" says, "them 4 strokes are Ok, but you better stick to the trails, ..or just point and shoot climbs, ...as everyone knows, ...you can't take them off the trail and out into the trees"....lol.

Looks like I missed a fun weekend, (..but I did get to watch the Vegas Nascar Race, and some Olympic Curling/Hockey).

Ugggggg Jimme Johnson wins again.... however I must say the hocky was pretty wicked. Sudden death I was cheering (yes for the home team) but alas no win for the USA.

These pics with Rozzy on the back of Neil's sled, (...which was hilarious to watch), gives some perspective to the length of these 174" sleds, ...check out the space between NM and Rozzy, .....he's waaaay back there...lol.

Nicole, ...the "Old High Miler" is going to require more than the usuall Duct Tape and TLC, ...it could be down for awhile, ..but it did make it off the mountain on it's own, which was cool!!! Cheers

Neil and I both caught the biggest airtime ever seen out of the Monster on Monday! I only have pics of Neil as my camera was is my pack while I was climbing but VD said the photy looks creamy!!!
