steering alignment

I did a search and came up empty. I feel that the handlebars are turned to the right but the skis are straight forward. The sled is sitting on my trailer, with the skis in grooves that hold them straight. The steering is turned to the right. Is there a way to adjust this without taking it to a dealer? I called the dealer and they are 2 weeks out on work, plus it is something I would have to pay for. I have 23 miles on it and stuck to the trails when riding. It seemed to get worse as the day went on.
if anyone can help, it is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Since both your skis are aligned, the upper rod ends could be loose
I joined the page from the 2012 service manual to help you see what I'm talking about

Another shoddy dealer at work

Plenty easy to do but all of this stuff is part of the dealer required set up and is included in the MSRP. So your dealer hosed you, by not doing what they are supposed to be doing. The dealer is assuming the assembly line did everything perfectly and they rarely do. :sorry:

One can spend days perfecting the setup with dial indicators and running the suspension through it's range of travel and shimming and adjusting the bump steer, scrub, caster, and camber perfectly. I once bought one of the demo sleds ('98-'99?) and the factory had done just that in an effort to regain market share and woo consumers back. The production sleds had no shims and did not handle nearly as well.

I wish the dealer took care of this. I dont think ill ever go back to them for anything. This is why i need to do it my self so i know its done correct. I did call another dealer and they said that they would charge me for this. It would only be warranty if they found something broken or manufacture defect. I appreciate the help. I will look at the joints to see if anything is loose. Then i will make the adjustments. Thanks again.

Mine wasn't even close. The skis were toed out almost an inch and pointed to the left with the handle bars straight. But I dont care because I bring them home and take em apart put on my acc. and check every nut and bolt and make sure its done right.
