just wondering what people are getting on the deep pow big pulls with the 155 and 163 at around 10000'
thanks

Well I have no clue @ 10,000ft but @ 8,000ft in the steep and deep I'm pullin 58 mph and no **** it surprised me big time.. Did it time and time again. I ride a 155... My turbo will pull 68 to 72 so go figure.. The Pro is amazing sled.

High 40's, 47 maybe, with stock clutching at 10,000'. If they ever get my sled fixed, the 62's have been replaced with 60's, hoping for a bit more track speed...

EDIT - Mines a 155

we have 3 163 sleds in our group, 2 pull 40-42 mph track speed at 4500 ft elevation bone stock in 3-4 ft of stiffer dry powder, with a different clutch kit mine pulled 44-46 on the same day (but the secondary was pretty warm which means theres more left with some tweaking).....

My sled, a 155, on a long hard pull, at 9000 to 10000 feet through heavy pow, with a thin layer of crust on top I was pulling 48 to 50 MPH @ 8100 RPM. I'm Running stock clutching with 10-60 weights. Super stoked the way this thing climbs:dance:

Wow, I would love to see some of those track speeds. Mine pulls 40 mph consistantly with occasional up to 42 mph. This is on climbs in deep snow where sled speed never gets above 25. I run 62 mtx(slp). Sled is ripping, just ask other xp's, but a good running AC 1000 can outclimb me!

I'm in the same boat running stock clutching. 42 mph at 5000 - 6500 ft.

Good to hear, I just dropped in 10-60's and ride at those elevations. I've seen neither 8100 nor 50 MPH with 10-62s'.

I am getting about 44-48 with an Assault and a Tied clutch. Just like snowrider I am heating the secondary a little too much so with a little tweakin hoping for another mph or two..

40-42 for me with 62's that were actaully 62.7 ground down to 61.9 and running a different helix. Pulling a solid 8200 riding 7500-9000 feet

Mine's pulling 40-43 at 8000 ft in 3 ft of deep powder (revy) stock 62 g weights and totally stock sled. There is no way in the snow conditions I've been in this year that it would ever tickle 50. Tempted to call bs on the guys seeing numbers that big. If they actually are it's got to be a different density of snow.

Add 2 more 163" not stock clutching in the 42-44 range. Still a work in progress shooting for 45+ mph with cool clutches.(@6000 ft)

I think there are some liars on here.
hard to say, but on my dragon..most snow conditions it would pull 42-44 mph track speed, but in champayne powder..57-58 mph track speed..so..snow type will have a lot of affect on track speed...thats why most track speed isnt always a true indicator of either a sleds ability to go, clutch setup or engine power....now when used as a testing tool on that sled in consistent conditions..yep..its relevent...but as a over all comparison across the country..not so relevent...

Many different ways to skin a cat! Between the 3 pro's I know of, there is not one the same i.e. (gears, springs, weights, helix).
For the most part throwing 62.5 though 64's and all are about in the 8100-8200 range and between 42-44 mph. I myself would think the 45-46mph with cool clutches and quick recovery would be the goal that may be obtained. Right now there is lots of clutch heat involved!
