Steel Dreams customer appreciation day

These guys bend over backwards for myself and lots of others on here.

I tried to simply help them out since they support us with all sorts of community help and someones gotta come on here and be like that????

Guess thats what the meaning of "You cant please everyone" is.
 
Home Theater---It is all good---I have never had a issue with the service recieved by Them--they have always been awesome for me!!

That is the same day as the Baker shootout--after riding for the day--Stop and see them on your way out!!

They should hava a "Lets try to take care of a customer day" everytime I go there the service sucks, and I ask myself "Why do I come Back"?

Did they replace all of their service people when they moved or something because all I ever heard about them was they were one of the best customer based shops in the area and now all I ever hear is that they suck.

They used to have a cool name even but now?....Lifestyles ??? That name just sux I'm sorry!

Just a little confused.

Don't know what you guys are talking about, but Gregg and Brian have been nothing but outstanding to my wife and I. We have purchased four sled and other items and have had nothing but the best service, even when it comes to time lines and customizing. I get follow up calls just to make sure I'm happy with my purchase...............How many people do that after they take your money.
I have swung in many times with a sled issue, and Mark (service) has come out to address the issue and get me on my way. I don't know what your whining about, but something is making you drive the distance to their shop verse the one locally by you. Humm??

Did someone piss in your Latte this moring?
 
One problem no big deal, I understand. My gripe is that I have more than just sleds, you would think after spending 20K on to supercharged sea-doo's they would stand behind the product.

i got the call today, will be headed up there to check out the new sleds. and another vote for how awesome steel dreams has treated me. Greg and his crew has done whatever it takes to get me on the mountain as soon as possible.
 
Steel dreams/lifestyles treated me great before i started buying my stuff there 3 new sleds and a cbr 1000 later and still the same great service i only wish they could take care of my boat problems..Thats another story... not seadoo boats real boats:D
