Stator voltage

Hard to say for sure but seems like it could be ok.

I assume you are measure VAC.

The voltage is dependent upon engine RPM and only spec'd in the manual for above 3000 RPM at between 15 and 45 VAC (I think).

Did you do the stator impedance check?

Yeah im measuring vac, well if the specs for 3000rpm says 15vac the 3 per pull sounds kind of right and the stator is both new and tested by the books
IF the voltage is right could a weak weak wire maybe Cause a amphere shortage so my spark becomes to weak to start the sled

Anything is possible...What exactly is your problem? and when did it start? What have you done since?

Sounds like the sled won't start...Are you sure you have fuel pressure? TPS setting is ok? Chassis ground is ok? have you tried with ignition, kill switch, TSS unplugged? Have you tested the capacitor?

Well it all started about a year ago, sled was acting up on me run like crap when up to temp, bad idle sometimes, voltage meter on dash was very on two bars ( except when revved up ) eating sparkplugs, wouldn't start and sometimes it would run awesome, so anyway one day i was taking it for a spin it would start running like crap so back to the garage and it died, have not got it started since then, tps setting is checked out ok, sator ohm'd out good, ignition coils changed to brand new, capacitator tested ok, ECU changed, kill switch unplugged, TSS is that the little pin in throttleblock connected With the kill switch? Ignition changed, i have 16v out to both coils when pulling but spark is weak and irregular?

Thanks

The TSS is the throttle pins (if you unplug the kill switch it is disabled too).

I've experienced similar issues to yours (minus the spark plug eating) due to a bad TPS pigtail (and when the innter flywheel ring was separating and cutting into the stator wires although this issue wasn't close to as severe as what you are describing).

Yeah the inner flywheel had loosened i little when i checked the stator so i epoxied it back on, how did you see that the tps pigtail was bad? Also i noticed last night that My voltage regulator had the wires all bended and pinched causing the isolation to open up where the wires go into the regulator so a new one is ordered but it got me thinking, on cars when you get over 14-15vac out to components IT is usually a sign of the regulator going bad so maybe that is whats causing My troubles

The VR wires being exposed definitely isn't good; hopefully this is your issue. If it's isolated to the exposed wires it may be repairable vice needing replacement.

Wrt my filed tps pigtail, i found it by gently but firmly pulling on each of the three wires going to it nd one let go. I suspect you could do similar with an ohm meter connected to the tps plug and wherever the other end point is on the sled nd look for any resistance changes.

Well now, changed the VR without results so checked the tps harness once again and it was faultless all the way into the cdi ( tps is set correctly aswell and no dead spot in it ), BUT i did notice something rather strange, i don't get a spark on while grounding the spark plugs but when i hold then up in the air, pulling about a dozen times then grounding them and pulling again i get a pretty good and strong spark and then nothing, the capacitator is tested out ok as is My stator but i did notice some cramped wires by the capacitator connector any guesses as to what the problem is now

Thanks

Fyi a stator can ohm out ok but Infact be bad.
Sounds like a stator to me. Bad ignition coil

"We" can't actually properly test a stator. It requires special equipment. The ohm check generally works if there's a post coil but doesn't always work.
Like if u have a coil that is bad and When it's cold it tests good. But when the coil heats up while riding it seperates. An ohm test sometimes will not discover this.
