Stator question

I have a 2015 husky FC 450. Looking at my owners manual it says alternator output is 75 Watts. Noticed the high output one from trail tech is only 70 watts. Dealer swears I need a larger stator to run warmers and led. Am I missing something or is my dealer just not know what he is talking about. Or is my owners manual wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm assuming fuel injection? Find out how many watts the injection needs and see what's left. I don't know what the led light needs but the AME hand warmers don't take much.

Yes fuel injected . If it's 75 watts should be plenty. My question is does anybody know if the FC is 75 watt stator or is that s misprint

So I think I got it figured out. What I am being told is that aftermarket stator from trail tech is rated at 70 watt after fuel injection and starter requirements are out of the picture. So it is a true 70 watts of usable power where the stock one is just total 75 watt. I was told that for sure have to upgrade to run hand warmers and headlight.

This is the first I'm hearing about the 15 FC450 having 75watts stock. Last time I dug into it the 450sx had around 38watts and the FC is the same exact motor. Doesn't sound right to me. Are you saying that the manual that comes with the 15 FC450 says in the book the stock output is 75watts?

If that's true I think you could run warmers and a light without much fear, especially since you have a battery to supplement power. That would be a 100% boost in output on a bike I ran a Cyclops 630 on without issue at 38watts.

I'm interested to find out since I have this bike. I'll check my manual too.
