Snowbike Nation ordered one and he said he was going to snow bike it, so at least there should be some real world examples in the relatively near future.

just need them to create a tunnel battery that is 2-3x the onbike one and it would be slamming. IP69 harness connection into the controller and go get it... that said, i'd still wait to see others do it before I bought in. I don't take the cr500 out anymore due to fuel consumption and range anxiety - so this would add even more fear to that. I did quickly get past that with the Tesla, but no charging network on the glacier.
