That's pretty cool. Can you post a vid loading a sled on the top shelf?

Very nice. What did you build it out of?

1 1/4" Pipe, we have thousands of feet laying around.
2" - 3/16" wall tubing fits tight on the pipe to give square corners.

The materials were about $200.00

I think this will work better than pallet racking and a fork lift.

million dollar question. will it support my yammi's. heavy girls that need some support. I love the idea.

I lifted a 650 pound four wheeler to test it.
I guess if I was going to lift some thing heavy all the time I would build it with a dual cable winch.

Very nice!!!!

New million dollar question, would you feel safe putting a street bike on it?

What are the decking dimensions? And the overall? Looks like a full sheet of wood in your pics. I have serious space issues in the garage down here and this might be nice.

Then again something like this would certainly be nice up north as well as my old man thinks my sled takes up to much floor space.

What do you figure your build time is worth?

Never thought about building them for sale. These are the two sites where I got the ideas from.

The Rack
Storage Lift

We designed ours for a full size sled on top and vintage sleds on bottom.
That way we only used a full sheet of decking.

As far as placing a bike on top, it would be no problems if you started with a flat deck. The thing to watch is over all height. the pic with the Crossfire on it would need a 10' ceiling.

You wouldn’t happen to have actual plans to build one of these would you? Lookin to make space in my garage and I have 6 sleds I’d like to do this with!

No plans
I built them for a former employer

They are designed to have a larger mountain sled on top and a smaller vintage sled on the bottom

Should be able to make as long as you have the general dimensions
Yea I know! Just makes it easier to actually have plans for the whole thing. Less likely to have mess ups !
