I purchased their sainless steel can for my 18 M8 ER Snopro. Arrived promptly and I am very impressed with the quality of the can. It's a huge upgrade over the 20+ pound suitcase that came stock.

Second that. Even though the can I got Ithink is missing a bracket on the inside to hold it down to the chassis. Was no biggie, ground down a notch to hook the spring to. Had a clutch kit from them on my 14, performed really well.

I have purchased their stainless can and clutching, and I have mixed feelings about them. Their prices are reasonable, nice website, and fast shipping. So far I'm pretty happy with the can, good quality, light, and relatively quiet. However I have had some problems with the clutching parts. The tolerances on the bushing in the weights and helix were not great. Had to open up the weight bushing a bit to make them work, and the bushing in the helix broke after a season. Emailed them about it and never heard back. So I would say it's a you get what you pay for scenario.

Good info. Will keep an eye on the parts. The fact you didn't get an email back is a little concerning. Have not had any troubles that required customer service.

Been buying BDX helixes for years and never had a problem. Ill tell you if i had a product break, id definitely be making some phone calls and not leave it to a single email.

Been using there stuff since 2015 and no issues yet, Cans, brake rotors, jack shafts, helixes and such. Really good prices until you factor in the crappy Canadian Dollar

Good helpful staff parts on the shelf and delivered to your door quickly which goes on my sled quickly and fit good and perform even better!!! With that said i have had no problems with anything ive ordered from there cans, adjustable weights, and belts plus a lil more. And definitely never had a problem giving them a phone and actually talking with them but hey if you want to post about an email they never returned over some clutch parts lol i would say you didn't even give them a chance and you should quit bad mouthing them because it makes you sound like a a hole. Back to the subject do not be scared to get parts from these guys they are awesome and they have built a lot of bad a sleds every year!

I been buying stuff from them for Years Jeff always returns my emails with in a day usually. When Erich went to work there the service got even better as I can message him and he usually gets back to me with in and hour. I Have been using there clutch kits for the last 2 years and they work awesome never any problems. Both sleds pull like freight trains. I did have a issue with the clutch kit engaging a little high when out west. Called Erich and he sent me a new on with lower engagement. Been running their cans for last few years and put a titanium one on my pro rmk. Top notch company.
