SRX Motor in MM

Has anyone every put a SRX 700 engine into a 2000 MM? if so how much work was it and how did the pipes fit under the hood? Also does a person need to change out the wire harness etc?

Phone Darren at E&S in Ft Sask AB, he had put the 700srx motor into a 2000 MM600 I remember he used the top part of the 600 air box, and the bottom half of the srx air box so it fit the carbs, and they fit together real nice, other than that dont know to much about it.

Mountain Performance use to have a 2-3 inch taller hood just for big bores and srx pipes to fit. Have a buddy that built a MMax put a srx with an 800 kit in it. Use MPI's hood looked great.

i have a srx based price motor in my mm chassis. i had to change the cast front piece of the bulkhead for the motor mounts to work and the pipes to fit. i also had to change my shock mounts to srx style. everything else is mm. (carbs, airbox, electricle.) i am running a R & M mesh hood. (needed to clear 1000 bb pipes)
