Interesting concept. Low emissions, still lightweight 2 cycle, modular(add more cyclinders).

We should drop one in a sled.

Thats interesting, It looks as though theres more development needed to get some good usable power.. Long live the 2stroke!!!

I'll give them square pistons a try , but I think there will be blow by.

Maybe with some fancy rings , it'll work.

Just thinking out loud (I don't know enough about this subject to think quietly to myself)....

But wouldn't the "corners" on square pistons have a tendancy to have more heat concentrate at those corners than a round piston?

It just seems like round would disperse heat more evenly than "square".

I asked for more information. They have a screener that you go through. I told them I was interested in discussing snowmobile applications. They then forwarded my questions to the designer. We will see if he can answer any questions.

that looks like a cool design but i agree with scott it would seem like the corners would build up more heat then a round piston
keep us up to date interesting to know what they have to say
