Well people as some of you know I was working on trying to buy Spruce Lodge on the Grand Mesa. I have bought and sold and developed property my entire life and have never ever had such a FRUSTRATING experience in trying to deal with the owners there now! It looks like the deal is dead and everyone will have to put up with Renee another year. GOOD LUCK! On another note though, the Realtor they have Snub Liles couldn't have been more helpful and he is as frustrated as I am. He is a knowedgeable, excellant guy and I would recommend him for any real estate needs you may need in Cedaredge. Anyone know of anything else for sale in that area? I plan on moving form WI as soon as I find something. Love the area and would like something on the Mesa but it has to make economic sense. Let me know, Thanks.

Don't know about that area, but I know do know the Rendezvous in Ryan's park if for sale.

Current owners are nice people and cater to riders plus summer tourists headed to Denali NP (about 30 miles away).
