Spring Ridin pix Cali - End of Days

Most people around here have put away their sleds. Snow Pack is 55% of average.
We braved a bunch of dirt road riding on the sleds to make it up to higher elevations and found decent snow on the North faces. Maybe one more ride and the season is done, trying to go out in style...

Looks like a good time. Don't know why but when I think of CA all I see is sand and water. But you have some great mountains around. Very nice.

Love the pics, and riding as late as possible!! Whats the story with the Acura?

I thought it was a Ski Doo the way it was trenching and got stuck.

It was actually a hiker who drove over the frozen ice in the morning and then in the afternoon it all got softened up and stuck her real good. After she got towed out my buddy promptly got his full size diesel truck stuck in the same spot. The pumpkins were buried into solid ice. Dooh! Good day to be raking in some cash for the tow truck driver...
