The concrete slopes simply SUCK! Great base, but nothing on top of it. Last Friday's rain up at LTS really screwed things up. Hope the weather dude up at Tahoe City is correct in his projections for next week.

Just hard for me to leave a place that I'm familiar with, has great terrain and "might" have snow coming in the future. For alot of effort to go somewhere I'm unfamiliar with. Maybe I'm crazy.

I rode wednesday, thursday, and friday and the snow wasn't that bad once you get above 7,000. Definitly wasn't crazy pow turns but the little bit of snow we got last week stayed good it was super fun.
