Spring pressure for Tial BOV

What spring works best in the 50 mm Tial BOV? Is this determined by engine vacuum at idle?

Personally I like to set up the BOV so at at idle it is just barely closed, this way the split second that the throttle is shut, the BOV is open, this way the turbo has as little chance as possible to slow down.

Spring rates are determined by your engine vacuum during idle, I would recommend the 0-3 psi pink spring.
