spray in foam vs insulated wall panels

I did mine this summer. So far it has been a fair amount of work but I think the results will be worth it.

The r-value is higher, it creates a vapor barrier and adds rigidity to the thin walls.

Can't wait to try it out this winter.

Any issues with the outside panels warping from the spray foam?

It is easy to do. If they stay it too hot that can warp the panels. If it gets beteeen a tube frame and siding it can bubble it out. I was worried about this so we took a sheet of plywood and held it tight against the outside of the trailer with 3 guys leaning against it as the inside was sprayed.

The guy who I bought my enclosed trailer has used spray foam before. First time he did it, did not have the results he was looking for. Warped the panels. The second time, he cut cardboard and fit it against the panels on the inside and sprayed. It kept the heat off the panels and works great. Does it like this overtime now.
