Check out Mirage’s website. They have insulation that comes in roles that they use in their trailers.

Assuming you have wall paneling and the ceiling is open. Use sheets in the walls, preferable a foil faced product. Adhere with spray foam from the can.
Spray the ceiling thick if you don't have ceiling paneling. If your ceiling is paneled then use sheets. Otherwise if use all spray foam be prepared for a lot of extra work to shave the foam flat to re panel. Spray foam is nice but your talking only being able to apply a thin layer in trailer frames if your finish is paneling.
