I went sledding today and the dash on my 2006 ski doo summit 800 was tweaking out, all the light would flash, then the whole dash would not work, then everything would be fine. What is going on?
I have had this happen also .I found that when I moved the control block from my handlebars sometimes the plugs inside the block that control the warmers ,dimmer switch and RER didnot make a goodconnction when I plugged them back in . Take the block apart un plug the plugs put dielectric grease on them and plug them back in. This worked for me on my 04,05and08sleds.

There's also a relay above the secondary clutch that seem to like to fail. I know several guys (including me) that have had that happen. sled runs, no lights, beep or dash. 36 bucks from dealer 7 bucks from Canadian tire.
