I've got you beat Rags. I went to dinner tonight with $80 cash and it dissapeared off of the table. Then, I get home and back into the driveway and wiped my passanger side truck mirror off with the wake tower on my boat.

Are you sure you got the vacuum hose back on the booster? I would start looking at something you knocked off while doing the booster, or forgot to hook back up. Wire or hose, probably a vacuum hose. Check the vacuum hose to the booster make sure it doesn't have a big ole crack in it.

Anyone need anything black painted, base/clear? Got a little too close to a curb and scratched the he!! out of my front bumper, going to repaint it sometime next week.

hmmmmm....could that make it run ruff if there is a vacuum line off the booster? Boy I sure hope so...that would be to easy but makes sense I guess...

Thanks devil...I'll be looking into that tomorrow!

Max, I'm let down you lazy bum!!!!! NO shifting, well what fun is riding if you don't have to worry about keepin the clutch ready to go and having those Rs high at all times and getting on the pipe?

Ok so at times I wish I had something with more grunt then the 1 2 and 5, just don't tell it that.

well, i have found out that you still have to be pretty handy with that lever thing on the left, because you do NOT want to stall a 4 stroke.. especially when it's hot.

god i was sitting there for like 25 minutes trying to get that p.o.s fired up again, if it was a 2 somker it would of turned over first kick...but once it was running i wasn't mad at it anymore :)

anyone good at tuning these things? mine likes to die when i hit full throttle sometimes, and stalls for no reason once in a while..it's running a tad bit rough..i'm sure it could run better. any help would be cool :rolleyes::beer;

Adjust your valves. If it is hard to start hot and running rough, your valves are most likely too tight. If it has stock exhaust put something else on it and rejet it. Just about every four stroke these days needs that. About the only thing I like about the newer four strokes is electric start.

A couple weeks ago there was four of us out riding, 3 four strokes and me. 2 guys hit their E start and go, my boss says to me "sucks to be the only one without electric start" and hits his start button. I give the old 490 one kick and it fires up and I lean over to him and say "sucks to have a bike that doesn't fire up right away huh" as he was still cranking on his and I took off.

I am sure its something simple. A vacuum line will make it run pretty rough but usually smooth out with a healthy dose of throttle. But if the computer detects it(it has thats why the check engine light is on) it might run rough even at throttle because its probably in full rich mode. While you are messing with it, pull the positive battery cable to reset the computer.

top, sorry we missed you. when tim texted me that he was out i swapped directions and headed east. we were unloaded by the time he told me you were still coming. we rode sawyers playground and did a nast single track just out of the stair step bowl that crossed a series of rockslides. my pard had a nasty high side that sent he and his bike off the trail down a talus slide.....it was scary to watch. sawyer might be able to validate the nastyness of the trail......yikes! his bike went end over end 3x and he was below it, stuck his hands up to defend himself and caught the header to the glove.......cooked through it in a flash. we were able to get him out ok and all was pretty well on his bike, devol rad guards did awesome..........shrouds, not so much.

I rode the trials tire HARD yesterday, we put 84 mles on in the broken shale and basalt.......I won't ride a knobbie again. paulo was flat spun out with his IRC M5B on a nasty climbout of a hole we dropped into. I was 30 seconds behind him on a pretty much single track goat climb, i was able to hop out of the line, climb on some loose shale and pass him and then regain speed.....he said it never even spun a bit. he took 3 hard pokes to get past that spot.

I think you and your boy could have a great time over there as long as you stick to the 4 wheeler width stuff it is pretty tame. some of the single track is pretty gnarly, more work and less fun. not as fast as batey or LPO, but still very fun and challenging.

We saw a shiras moose that has replaced the biggest I have seen. holy crap it was a doosie, wide, massy, and more points then I could keep track of. he was just out of velvet, still had a bit hanging......wish I would have had BB's helmet cam.

we need to make a trip over there. it was 40 minutes from liberty lake.

raggs, listen to devil. terrible things happen when an engine loses vacuum. imagine how your sled would run with a 1/2" hole after the carb........nevermind, that is prolly just gonna confuse you:D (I just called myself a "dirty joker", so you don't have to)

SSH-That sounded fun! I will be finding and 8" wheel next time I have the scratch for it. Glad Paolo is ok

Ragged-You did something on your install. Also check any vacuum lines going to and from your rear differential, front differential, and your tranny after you check the obvious ones.

Whit-WTF? Do you think happened? Server or the public? I always tell my wife when she says just leave it and lets go to chill cause I aint leavin bills on the table. Sorry about your mirror dude.

My dad got hauled into the ER, moaning in pain. Turned out he ripped some muscles in his ribs up and they wanted to rule out a bunch of other crap. He's ok, just working out too hard in rehab I guess.

Is single Sawyer is causing quite the stir in the valley?

hahaha, no. It was crazy though. Hair, shirts and fingernails.

Andy there was a guy at eh bar last night who I swear was your twin. I went up and called him a fag and asked what he was doing. Then I figured out it wasn't you

Anyone ever looked how many posts they have in a particular thread? I just hoovered above the far left envelope looking icon for this thread in the main Idaho section. I have 907...

This is what the Orr's and the Davis's were up to last night! Fun Stuff... :D
