Has anyone else noticed some sort of liquid marking up the panel where the pull starter is located? At first I thought I was excessively sloppy when fueling up but I managed to wipe some away with snow only to see more reappear. Does anybody know what the liquid is, how to prevent it and what's best to remove the stains?
