I installed the new SPG Air Frame Seat and custom fit underseat Waterproof bag for Dan Adams Yesterday before hitting the road.

This is installed into a 2010 Turbo Asssault.

It took literaly 10 minutes:clock: to swap it over... only needed one hex key (Allen wrench) and a 7/16 socket.

The fit and finish of this seat is great... feels like more than 2 pounds dropped... very easy to swing your legs around.

Here's some pix.

Remove the stock seat by unbolting the 4 nuts holding the stock seat assy to the tunnel at the rear support.

Remove the 2 socket cap screws holding on the stock tank/seat hook

Simply bolt on the new AirFrame seat using the stock rear support nuts and bolts and front tank hook cap screws... EASY!!

Then clean the tunnel and apply the velcro stickies for the under seat bag if you bought it and clip the bag in place.

Can I fit this to my Switchback 900 with a bit of minor fabricating?

I'm still waiting on the application guide but my guess will be yes but you'll have to drill holes since you don't have the "T" slots. I also don't remember if you have heat exchangers there or not.

i was like why didnt dan put the airframe boards on his sled but hes sponsored by better boards....hmmmmmmmmm i like that seat. but i need motor mods worse.

not to many extra vents on the turbo?

Very, very cool. What is the price for both the seat and bag? Is there plans for a Pro-R version?

I don't suppose anyone knows if this seat will be available in the 2011 Parts Unlimited or WPS snow catalogs....I could sell the $h!t out of those at my shop

I think I now know what mod will be done to my seat. Very little fabrication at the most and there will be one fine seat on a 900 Poo.
