Speedwerx pipe on a 2010 M8

I recently acquired a Speedwerx pipe, Y pipe and PC V for my 2010 M8 snopro. It's the 0-5000' pipe. I plan to run it in ND/MN and in WY. Anyone ran one of these setups and how did it work? I have a few questions.

clutching-I am guessing I have to throw a little more weight at my primary. do I need to do anything with the secondary?

I picked up a Koso EGT gauge for it. I haven't really looked at it yet, but one thing I am wondering is about the probe. my stock pipe has the factory probe in it now. if I put the supplied probe in the new pipe, what do I do with the stock one? can I just disconnect it or am I going to get some error codes on the factory gauge?

I will be running my Bikeman Performance can on this sled. wondering how it will work vs stock or a speedwerx can.

any input is appreciated. hoping to get this thing fired up soon! finally going to get some time to work on it next week.

I'm running slp, but like you said you'll have to add weight, I went with the mds weights and Steve also had me get a couple different primary springs. One for out west and one for low elevation. Didn't do anything to the secondary. As for your bikeman can, I wouldn't see an issue with running it, you prolly wouldn't see any performance upgrade running one from the other. Depends what you like for sound. I modified a cutler to work on mine, and works great. for your egt's I'm pretty sure you have to weld another bung in your pipe so you can run your factory aswell, most likely you will get a code flashing if you don't. Someone may chime in and correct me if I'm wrong on your egts.

I'd give speedwerx a call on your clutching. They have good weights and springs, I've ran their setup in my primary for several years. The h5 primary spring is nice.

I may be confused on the egt's.... but are you talking about the pipe temp sensor in the belly of the pipe? That needs to stay in or your Ecu will flash code 17. The egt probes from Koso need to be tapped into the top of your y pipe. They come with pretty strategic measurements for where to drill. Some folks weld a bung onto the y pipe and some purchase the bung that's attached to a hose clamp looking piece. Weld it onto the y. Enjoy the sled.

well, I still haven't gotten a chance to ride. hoping to do my install on parts tomorrow. i still need to figure out what i am going to do with clutching. i can either order an entire kit from speedwerx or use the set of Cutlers that i have.

does anyone know how many grams i need to add when i bolt on the pipe and y pipe?

also, i have decided to sell the Koso EGT gauge that i have. it is new in box. willing to ship at your expense, which shouldn't be much due to it's small size.
