Speedwerx M7 big bore clutching

Have a rebuilt Speedwerx 800 big bore(Racin' Station) I'm looking to put in my sled but need to know what clutching to use. I will be using Jaws twins and I ride 6-9000 ft. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
