Speedo cable, part number?

trying to find a replacement speedo cable, seems mine has rubbed almost through from coming out of the clip near the secondary. Anyone know the part number? looked through the parts fiche twice and can't seem to locate it

its for an 11 Switchback Assault but I'd assume its a generic part across all Pros

I'd sure like to know how your speedo Cable is rubbing through.... when you don't even have one!!

This is 2012! Speedo Cables are a thing of the Past!

Theres a sensor... Runs off a Magnet that is in the end of the Drive shaft...

Sends a "electronic" Signal to the ECM that sends a signal to the Digitial Read out!


Sounds like you might need to Replace a Piece of Wire.. Simple.. Using Heat Shrink Butt connectors!

I just assumed it was a cable in there. So a minor wiring patch and I should have it all fixed up?

Grab a few Butt connectors at NAPA ## 725254

And maybe a roll of wire...

All set!
