Speeding Ticket in Foreign Country

Just got a speeding ticket from Germany when I was there two months ago.....I think they got me on a photo cop thing. At least I think cause the whole thing is in German!!!

Anybody ever get one in a foreign country? Any pointers? Should I pay it?

Kind of funny thou I think I might frame it...HAHA

it was a 64km/h in a 50...kind of ironic cause I had people flashing their lights at me for going to slow...and no it wasnt on the Autobahn

What the f**k where you doing in Germany? Work lets you travel out of their sight? If you choose not to pay it, I would not plan on going back there ever.

My dad got one in Germany last summer for 20 whatever they use and when he went to the police staion to pay the "nice" lady behind the counter told him 40 whatevers and then she corrected him quite loudly that it would be 40 when he said "umm it's 20". He paid her the 40 and watched her put 20 of them in her pocket right in front of him. He did get a reciept that it was paid in full.

If it's one thing I learned from being stationed in Germany. Don't fug with the German Polizei! If you ever have the possibility of going back, pay it.
