speed werx tunnel dump can

i'm looking to buy a new can for my m8 and i was windering if the speed werx tunnel dump can is worth the extra $50. i could see the the heat coming out the tip and maybe melting or damaging the track.
what do you guys think?

dont worry about the heat, the tracks exposure to the heat is minimal, compared to the time it spends in the snow. the tunnel dump is worth it if you ride in deep powder alot.
