Been chasing overev in my 11 155 pro currently trying a team tied with 66-62 or 66-60 combo helix. Black/purple sec. Blue pink primary. Mtx 68s with 2 in the heel and three in the tip. Started on 1 in the heel and two in the tip hit overev bog instantly. Even with the two and three i still get bogs mid climb and peak rpm when stable is 8050. The 66-60 side of the helix hit overev much sooner than the 66-62.
Today i tried the secondary setup off my 10 d8 163 its a 60-40 helix with black purple spring tss 04. Almost the same overev and bog just pulled better off engagement with the more aggressive start.
So im wondering what my next step should be.
Could the black purple be too stiff for the lazy 66 start angle, maybe try the black black?
The tied clutch has quite a few miles on it. Could a chipped roller exaggerate a wandering rpm issue?
The sled pulls good rpm goes high then bogs, blip the throttle recovers 7950 then 8050 then wavers about there.
