Spark plugs and gap for mpi 180 kit

I have searched and have not found a ton of information, but I was wondering if anyone was running iridium plugs, and if so, which ones are the one to get? If iridums are a bad idea, than which plugs should I consider. I figure since I am going to have it torn apart to install the kit I might as well replace the stock plugs, if there is something better at least.

As the Nytro can foul plugs easily I do not run Iridiums. To each his own though.

CR10EKs have shown 1.5-2hp gains on Nytros (according to Allen Ulmer) when using 87 octane fuel. No gains when using 91 octane fuel.
