SP Highmark 22 or Scott?

Looking at getting my first avalanche airbag. My wife has a Mammut Ride Short airbag. I am leaning towards a Snowpulse Highmark 22, but after doing some more research the new Scott looks good also. If I go with the Snowpulse, then I think both of our airbags would use the same type of cylinder and would be about the same design. The Scott has the advantage of using off the shelf cylinders so that you can deploy the bag and practice or check it and it also is supposed to be easy to repack. I also wonder about its reliability and buying a airbag in its first production season.

Any thoughts or opinions would be appreciated.

Highmark 22

Does Snowpulse still make the Highmark 22? I can find the Pro and the Prime but not the 22. It they still make them, where can I get one?

The 22L packs are now called the Highmark Pro or Prime. The Pro has the Protective Airbag System while the Prime has the Removable Airbag System. The "Highmark 22L" was the model name for the 2011/12 & 12/13 years.
