I know its early and everyone can look up south and see there isn't enough snow to ride on up there, but I thought you might enjoy some pics. Maybe you are thinking about going up to cut an Xmas tree and trying to decide weather to bring your sled or bring the quad. Well as of 11-24-12, bring the quad. Lots of broken snow and mud/rocks for carbides to break and sleds to over heat on. Quads did quite well in 4x4, but the little 250 2x4 struggled. Stick to the main roads and the 2x4 was more than enough, since there has been significant vehicle traffic and its well packed ice. Snow as about 5" in the shady spots and 0" in the sun. Very fun with the quads and nice to see the white stuff again.
