Sound of Powderlites turbo nytro

Just wondering if someone has a video or sound recording they can share of these two so I can see how much louder the Powderlites is.

I believe you have a PL turbo, maybe you can tell me how much louder it is over stock if you ride with some stock sleds.

Got it...

Turbo is louder than stock, no doubt...but not at all obnoxious. Not really much different than just putting a 15" slip-on muffler in place of that 13lb tank of a stock muffler.

Have spoken to Dave a couple of times - would REALLY like to see a tunnel dump forward with his double divorced 'downpipe'. Once summer hits hopefully he'll have time to make one.

would be plenty quiet and help isolate exhaust /intake very well (and save lbs.)

Any idea if it will get me in trouble with the noise police who are popping up in some of the states. Can't really blame them on the trail systems, I wouldn't want someone blasting me at 12 at night. I think they measure the noise at idle.

How would this turbo compare to a moderately piped 2 stroke? Also, just how quiet is this tunnel exhaust that I see some talking about.

MOB's PL turbo with the Hindle muffler is WAY quieter than my S/C with SuperQ Muffler (SuperQ definitely doesn't stand for super quiet!!!).

IMO, the PL turbo isn't that much louder than stock...It sounds like it has a lower wavelength...almost seems like its running about 1000rpm too low, even though it isn't.

At idle (if that's where it is tested), I doubt its significantly louder than stock. At least that's the way it seems.

Ya that super charger was really loud, a lot louder then those little triples I was riding! LOL
