My intercooller is blown again right behind the headlight second time for this to happen on my powderlites turbo nytro. First one blow at 12 psi second at 17 psi. Does anybody have a fix for this problem?! Its about a 6-8 inch crack Hard to make boost that way lol...

is this a big problem? Ours blew too, at 10 psi...I never called Dave about it, as we just welded it ourselves and fixed the problem...

weld it up and look why its doing it . is it stressed in a certain area ? is the matrial too thin ? crappy weld ? no turbo kit is bolt on and go each one needs a little work to make them scream

Yes we have had a few that have crack on top tank weld behind headlight.
Seems guys running high boost and tank flexing after time may crack.
You can weld them up on the sled or we will exchange them out.
