Hi guys here is an update on my 05 king cat 900 efi that I've had nothing but problems with. I found I had a bad bearing on my drive coggs so I replaced it
I still have a major bog in bottom end and don't understand what it is from. Here is what happens. If I punch it on take off it Boggs out but if I let off and feather the throttle I can get it up to speed. If I am going down a trail or slow it starts to bogg out. Here is a list of things that have been done
Replaced the smart valves
Rebuilt the chain case
Replaced the coil
Flushed the fuel out and clean tank. Tank was clean
Cleaned both clutched and in great shape
Tested fuel pressure. All good
Changed plugs
Compression is strong
Only mods done on this sled are pipe and can and air box mod
Before my bogg was in top end and all of ason it's bottom end now. When I Installed my new smart valves I removed the dirafram so that they could fail again. Any help would be great
