Love the videos. Congrats on finding a new sled. Sounds like your XLT has been trouble free and sounds great.

The xlt is running very strong, i just need more power and less noise! i ride about 400 in a weekend and it is very loud the whole time one thing i noticed is how much lighter it is than my friends 800 summit 2003, his is a tank compared to mine so i'll be lightening the 700 legend up alot.

Considering how light it is from your efforts thus far, a bit of foam under the hood would go a long way to fewer headaches over the course of a weekend...
