Okay, so I do not have a space age yeti, nor did the scantily clad women at the amsoil booth make me use their stuff.

But I thought I would share that I was in a bind and grabbed the only wet clutch oil that was available and it was the 0w40 AmsOil ATV/utv stuff. And I have to say that my bike is starting and shifting extremely well as of late.

Always been a rotella t6 man, but i cant get over how this stupid oil is running so much nicer.

I would agree I have been using 0 weight semi yammy oil and has been working better for the winter... I think the 5w rotella is more like a 10w.. Don't get me wrong I use both rotellas religiously when it is 40 and above .. But the 0w for me has been the ticket..

I used the amsoil ATV stuff when I first built my bike because it was the only 0 weight I could find and fused a clutch fiber to a steel half way through a day with it. Not sure if it was bad luck or the oil but I've never seen that happen before and will never use the ATV oil again.

I found the same thing. Bike shifts and starts better with the ams 0-40
