SnowPulse Highmark II trigger replacement

Does anyone know who or what I have to do to replace what appears to be a torn trigger strap on this pack?

I've been trying for like 2 years to figure out what I am supposed to do with this, and I can't get ahold of anyone at SnowPulse to talk to them about it.

there is a spring on the lower part of the trigger that worked its way through the fabrich so it lays "flat" against the shoulder strap, its not "D'd" out like it should be ....

Anybody else have this issue? Pack is still perfectly fine and functional, but I don't want the handle to be any harder to pull if I need it so I want it to be in the right position,.
 
We have handle upgrade kits which make the handle a T handle like the new packs that you can purchase or if the handle is busted it will be covered by warranty and replaced with a similar (but reinforced) handle to the one you have now. Snowpulse has undergone significant changes over the last year which is perhaps why you were not getting a response through the old site. We will get you sorted.

The telephone number listed on the website has been busy every time I have tried to call for the last two weeks and the 888 number you listed is no longer in service.
 
Just got my replacement back from them last night.
Took a couple weeks to turnaround, but most of that was over the holidays.
 
me too tried calling always busy tried emailing them and still no answer i need some parts,can anyone help us
