I have 2 of these and i am looking to get the new one's before we head out mid november riding. Has anyone had any luck exchanging theirs?
 
I phoned and they said wouldnt hurt to send it in.

You basically call them, they email you a piece of paper you print it out and put it on the box. You have to empty the canister and put the firing pin back in it.

Also they now have a venturi box above the bottle on the new bags that was a n update for the older ones and they are sending me one of those as well.

They send you out a new bottle full.

Its also good to pull it and watch a you tube video about putting the bag back in and doing it. Will save you time and frustration on the hill if it gets purposely or accidentally pulled. Or if you dont want to pull it i would unzip it and unpack and re pack.

follow the link in my post above, there is a phone number in there for canada, or call *** and they will start the process for you. I did mine on friday and they have everything nailed down to get these done it sounded like.
 
Has anyone out there actually had a gauge fail? I did and i dont know how long it was even empty before i checked it!
 
The guage doesn't fail it leaks. I sent mine in and it should be back tomorrow. Don't expect it to be fast. I started this on 9-13. They pay shipping and all. Phone is (800)451-5127 to Mammut Sports Group.

Look on your guage. If there is not an "A" or "B" on it you need to send it in.

well if it is leaking in my opinion it is failing....:face-icon-small-dis

i just sent mine away today so we will see how long it takes... hope i get them back before mid nov!

I understand and somewhat agree. If the needle is registering wrong it is failing IMO. If it is leaking it is broke.
What ever it takes to bump this is best.
