I aint git'n this whole issue as to whether or not drugs or alch were involved.

Does someone think the tree was all doped up?

I kant even believe it would even be mentioned or tested for!
Next thing you know they'll be checking to see if sexual abuse was to blame.

I agree with ya Ox. I read the article before I saw your comment and thought "what's the deal with toxicology reports?" would it change anything? The poor guy had a horrible accident! He didn't run into the tree, it fell on him!

Either way, he was a friend of a friend and no matter how it happened it is very sad for his friends and family, thoughts and prayers.
