I got a stick poked through the top of my boss seat that made a 1/2 " hole I picked up a vinyl repair kit from Napa and it worked great!! you can hardly tell I repaired it, and its holding up great. Kit is made by Permatex
Contact Marc at WRP and see if he will sell you just a seat cover for the stock seat. Great product, very good non slip surface on it. Just need to pull the old cover off and staple the new one on.
